capability and universal browser accessibility to a traveler. This will allow you to expand your search.
This tool is not allowed to make a reservation for you. Use DTS system
or other systems or contact your local CTO
for making any travel reservations.

and hotel availability and rates, using government contracted rates and
other real-time travel data

government airline rates from the Airline City Pair Program, allowing
government travelers greater flexibility in planning official travel,
including one-way fares, no minimum/maximum stay, last seat
availability, no blackout periods, and non-stop service when available

hotels that offer government discount rates and meet the requirements of
the Hotel-Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990
- Accesses
government car rental rates negotiated by the Military Traffic
Management Command (MTMC)
- Accesses all
Continental United States (CONUS), Outside Contiguous United States (OCONUS),
and Foreign per diem rates, plus Non-Foreign Per Diem information
- Accesses GSA
home page and other government Web sites
- Quickly
creates/retrieves comprehensive government traveler profiles and
utilizes convenient profile and trip templates to add new travelers
- Provides
worldwide airline availability
Attention DTS Travelers!!!
DTS travelers must use DTS system for booking official travel. CTO is
prohibited from making a traditional as well as DTS based
travel/ticketing. Airline may also cancel the flights if there are
duplicate bookings. Refer to your local DTS for help. |

For your convenience you can fill out the required information and submit it through the secured web or print out the completed form and fax it to your local Airtrak Travel Office.
